True North Designs was born from a simple but powerful realization: life becomes easier when you understand how you are actually designed to operate.
When I first discovered Human Design years ago, I was honestly blown away. It gave me a level of clarity I hadn’t experienced before — not because it told me to become someone new, but because it helped me recognize who I had naturally been all along. It quickly became something I wanted everyone to understand about themselves, because life starts to feel very different when you stop trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
For a long time, I was trying to do certain things in ways that weren’t truly natural for me. Human Design gave
me language for what I had been feeling but couldn’t always explain. It helped me understand how I work best,
how I make decisions, how I communicate, and why some ways of moving through life felt fluid—while others
felt heavy or frustrating.
More than anything, it helped me see why things felt hard. I wasn’t doing life “wrong”—I was trying to live the way other people do. I simply needed a clearer understanding of my own nature and how to operate from my unique self.
That understanding changed the way I see myself. I stopped forcing what wasn’t true for me and began living in a way that felt more natural, more grounded, and more aligned.
About Me &
Why I Built True North Designs
It also changed the way I see the people I love. Human Design helped me understand how others operate, why communication can break down, and how differences in energy and perspective can create friction when they aren’t understood. That shift created more compassion, less miscommunication, and a deeper appreciation for the people in my life—and most importantly, a steadier sense of calm day to day.
That’s why I do this work.
I want to help others experience that same kind of clarity: to understand themselves more deeply, communicate more clearly, and relate to the people they love with more awareness and less frustration. Often, people don’t need more “fixing.” They simply need a clearer understanding of how they’re wired—and a path back to what’s actually true for them.
To me, that’s what finding your True North means.
It means coming back to yourself. Learning your inner compass. Understanding how you’re naturally meant to move through life—and trusting that more fully.
When you stop living against your own design, things begin to shift. Life feels clearer. Relationships feel steadier. And your goals start to feel more attainable—not because you’re forcing them, but because you’re moving in the right direction.
What I Believe
I believe self-understanding changes everything.
I believe people often don’t need more pressure or more fixing. They need clearer insight into who they are,
how they work, and what is actually true for them.
I believe better self-understanding leads to better relationships. When we understand ourselves more clearly,
we’re able to communicate more honestly, extend more compassion, and stop expecting everyone around us
to operate the way we do.
I also believe we get one precious life, and it is worth learning how to live it with more happiness, ease,
honesty, and alignment — rather than frustration toward ourselves and the people we love.
That’s why insight matters most when it can be lived. My approach to Human Design is grounded, practical,
and personal. I want what we explore together to feel meaningful — and useful in your real life.
Why "True North"
To me, true north is the steady part of you underneath the noise.
My Approach
I approach Human Design in a way that is warm, grounded, and clear. Sessions are meant to feel supportive and insightful, not abstract or overwhelming. My focus is on helping you understand your design in a way that you can actually use in your life, your communication, and your relationships.
The goal is not to hand you more information than you need. The goal is to help you come away with a deeper sense of yourself and a clearer understanding of how to move forward in a way that feels natural and true.
